Seminar with Sparkasse International – China’s Corporate Social Credit System
December 4 / 9:35 am - 5:35 pm UTC+1Free
China’s Corporate Social Credit System
Challenges and opportunities for German companies
So far, the focus of Western media has mostly focused on the potential impacts of the new Social Credit System in China on private individuals. However, until the recent published study by the European Chamber of Commerce, only a few knew about the Social Credit System (SCS) for companies. The SCS for companies is not a new development. Since 2014, it has been gradually introduced by the Chinese government authorities. But how is the system implemented for companies? What data will be collected and how will it be used? Will the system, which applies to all companies in China, finally create a level playing field for foreign companies in China? Red and black lists, point systems – carrot or stick for my business activity? What needs to be done now and how can I ensure a positive assessment in the future?
In order for you to successfully shape your current or planned future business in China, we, together with Sparkasse International Westfalen, would like to invite you to one of two half-day free seminar!
