E-Commerce is one of China's fastest growing sectors. With a growing middle class and a quickly changing business environment, foreign retailers, who wish to sell their products to Chinese constumers cannot afford to remain inactive. This seminar aims at giving foreign businesses a short overview of the the current e-commerce market in China and its main legal challenges.
